6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear title documents, approved plans (where applicable) and access to the site.
- Arrange water and electricity at the site unless agreed otherwise.
- Give timely approvals for drawings, materials and finishes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, designs, drawings, photos and videos, belongs to Befit or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Drawings and designs prepared for a client may be used by that client only for the agreed project.
