Ltd. They apply together with each purchase order (PO) we issue.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Registration<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vendors must provide GST registration, PAN, bank details and relevant licences before the first order.<\/li>\n<li>Information provided must be true and must be updated when it changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Purchase Orders<\/h2>\n<p>Supplies are made only against a written or emailed purchase order stating the item, quantity, rate, delivery site and date. Verbal orders are not valid unless confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Quality<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Materials must match the brand, grade, size and specifications in the PO and comply with relevant BIS \/ IS standards.<\/li>\n<li>Test certificates, warranty cards or manufacturer invoices must be provided where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Materials that fail inspection will be rejected and must be replaced at the vendor&#8217;s cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery must be made to the site and on the date mentioned in the PO, with a delivery challan.<\/li>\n<li>Unloading and shifting terms are as agreed in the PO.<\/li>\n<li>Repeated delays may lead to cancellation of the PO and removal from our vendor list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Invoicing and Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Invoices must be GST-compliant and quote the PO number.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is made as per the credit period agreed in the PO, after verification of quantity and quality at site.<\/li>\n<li>Applicable TDS will be deducted as per law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Conduct<\/h2>\n<p>Vendors must not offer gifts, commissions or any benefit to our employees to obtain orders. Any such act will result in immediate termination.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n<p>Drawings, rates and project information shared with vendors must be kept confidential.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Termination<\/h2>\n<p>We may cancel a PO or end the vendor relationship for poor quality, delays, breach of these terms or unethical conduct.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>Courts at Berhampur, Odisha shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
