Ltd. The terms of your signed quotation or agreement prevail if they differ from this page.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Booking \/ Advance Amount<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A booking or advance amount is collected to start design work, mobilise the team and order materials.<\/li>\n<li>If you cancel before any work or purchase has started, the advance is refunded after deducting administrative and documentation charges, if any.<\/li>\n<li>If design, survey, estimation or approval work has already been done, charges for that work are deducted from the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Cancellation After Work Has Started<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You may cancel an ongoing project by giving written notice to <a href=\"mailto:info@befitcipl.co.in\">info@befitcipl.co.in<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The value of work completed at site, materials purchased or ordered for your project, and any labour or machinery already deployed will be calculated and settled.<\/li>\n<li>Any balance amount paid in excess of this value will be refunded. Any shortfall must be paid by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Design, Plan and Estimate Services<\/h2>\n<p>Fees for building plans, 2D\/3D designs, elevations, estimates and consultancy are non-refundable once the drawings or reports have been shared, as these are custom work prepared for you.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Material Supply<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Orders for standard materials can be cancelled before dispatch.<\/li>\n<li>Materials that are custom-made, cut to size, or ordered specially for you cannot be returned or refunded.<\/li>\n<li>Damaged or wrong materials must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Approval and Documentation<\/h2>\n<p>Government fees, stamp duty and other statutory charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Cancellation by Befit<\/h2>\n<p>If we are unable to start or continue the project for reasons on our side, we will refund the amount paid for work not yet carried out.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Refund Process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days of final settlement.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer to the customer&#8217;s account.<\/li>\n<li>Online payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8.
